Big Baby

When Ryan was smaller, my wife used to call him "baby" often. It's funny now how he sometimes still refers himself as "baby" when talking to us, like this conversation the other day:

Ryan: Mama, baby is hungry.
Mama: Baby? Who is baby?
Ryan: Here. Baby. *tapping his chest*

Singapore Zoo

On last easter holiday 2 weeks ago, we took Ryan to Singapore Zoo for the first time. We were lucky it didn't rain that day, and instead the weather was very warm.

Ryan liked it there, there were quite a lot of things to see. He especially loved riding on the tram :)

Book Reading

One of the activities we try to make routine with Ryan is book reading. Every weeknights I would read to him before he goes to sleep. He really likes it, partly for the attention, and partly for delaying his sleep time :) If I forget about it, he will ask for it.
Some nights he pays attention, and some nights he just ignores me while he plays with his toy cars.

His favorite book changes one to another after a while. Now his favorite book is Ratatouille (which movie he likes so much too).
Do you remember the old lady in the beginning of the movie who chased away Remy and the other rats? Did you know that her name was Mabel? :)
